1. General Use and Eligibility

The 520ph platform is an online gaming and sports betting service intended solely for entertainment purposes. Access is available to residents of the Philippines who are 21 years of age or older. By accessing or using 520ph, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you.

520ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending review.

2. Account Registration and Management

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 520ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer.

Deposits are generally credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the channel used and the completion of identity verification. 520ph does not guarantee same-day withdrawals in all cases.

520ph does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card or cryptocurrency. Any attempt to fund an account using unsupported methods may result in delayed processing or return of funds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed in the platform.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and name used for the deposit, where technically possible.
• 520ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or bank processing times.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 520ph are final once confirmed. 520ph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances involving a technical fault on the platform. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing a bet or joining a game.

520ph offers four main game categories: slot games, live casino, sports betting, and fish games. All categories share a single PHP balance under one account. Switching between categories does not require a separate wallet or additional login.

• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering conditions described in the relevant promotion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time without notice.
• 520ph reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any player at any time without providing a reason.
• Results determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software are final and binding.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

520ph is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

If 520ph reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in any of the above, the platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Players found to have violated fair play rules will have winnings voided and accounts permanently closed.

11. Changes to These Terms
